1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Fare Window ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Fare Window does

Fare Window is a flight fare monitoring tool. You define a travel window (a range of departure and return dates), and we run automated searches across those date combinations daily, delivering the results to you by email. We surface fare data to help you make informed booking decisions — we do not book flights on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Fare Window. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.

4. Free trial and paid plans

Fare Window offers a free trial that does not require a credit card. Paid plans are one-time purchases that provide 30 days of automated searching. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

5. Fare data accuracy

Fare prices displayed by Fare Window are sourced from third-party flight data providers and are subject to change. We make no guarantee that fares shown are available at the time you attempt to book. Prices may differ from what you see on airline or booking sites due to timing, availability, taxes, or fees. Always verify the final price before booking.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an unauthorized manner.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that fare data will be accurate or complete. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fare Window shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed fare opportunities, booking errors, or reliance on fare data.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site.
